Three Ab Moves for Your Next Workout

Fitness is hard!

Here are 3 of my favorite Ab moves for your next workout!

1) Leg Lifts: 3 sets of 15 reps; Start with your legs at 6 inches, then lift them to 18 inches, then back down to 6. 
The slower you go, the more challenging they are!

2) 90 Degree Toe Touches: 3 sets of 15 reps; legs at 90 degrees (keep your knees away from your chest), crunch up, lifting your back off the ground and touch your toes.
 
3) 45 Degree Trunk Twist: 3 sets of 30 twists; keep your back and legs at 45 degrees to the ground, hold your arms out straight and twist all the way from one side to the other. 
Keep your back straight!
Enjoy the workout! And be thankful for three moves that let your eat more turkey!
